		<description>Luckily it looks like Congressional dems are willing to forego funding contraceptives this time around.  There have been any major victories yet, but I think the GOP of the Hill should get some props for digging in a fighting this &#039;Stimulus&#039; package.  Much in the same way that that $700 billion &#039;Rescue&#039; package worked wonders (sarcasm), it looks as though this $825 billion check is not going to make a dent either.   
 
I should also point out that dems have expressed a desire to direct stimulus funds towards institutions of arts and sciences, but with stories like these, I sincerely hope that Cantor, Boehner and Company put their foot down.
