There have been any major victories yet, but I think the GOP of the Hill should get some props for digging in a fighting this 'Stimulus' package. Much in the same way that that $700 billion 'Rescue' package worked wonders (sarcasm), it looks as though this $825 billion check is not going to make a dent either.
