About this Blog
This blog provides a forum for an informed and reasoned discussion of conservatism and its application to current events. The blog is a clear rebuttal to the misrepresentation of conservatism prevalent in the public domain as well a evidence of conservatives commitment to lead discussions on political, economic and social issues.
In addition to the dialog that this site will create, its dual mission is to provide information to its viewers. Postings will provide information and opinion on issues which will not appear in the mainstream media.
Last, opposing points of view are encouraged, and will be posted prominently and commented on with reason and facts.
Conservatism has exited the last election as anti-establishment, wary of governmental power in economic matters, but harboring a deep faith in the value of the individual.
A plurality of the American electorate may agree with this description. This blog will help bring that definition into focus.
